The Association of Off-Dock CFS Operators of the Philippines (ACOP) has filed with the Bureau of Customs (BOC) complaints against Goldwin CFS, Inc., accusing the latter of overcharging clients and breaching customs regulations.

BOC files charges against alleged smugglers of P33 million worth of refined sugar

True to its commitment of protecting the Philippine sugar industry, the Bureau of Customs filed charges against Trisho General Merchandize, and Rainbow Holdings Inc. for allegedly smuggling THIRTY THREE MILLION (PHP 33M) worth of sugar misdeclared as bitumen an oil based substance used for road surfacing and roofing.
